Peace: Staying in Peace while Pursuing You Purpose
Mindset is everything. Your world is your mind. I say this because you alone are ultimately responsible for your thoughts. Your thoughts produce words. Your words produce actions.
All of us have the ability to set goals and achieve them. Some goals are harder than others. When reasonable they are definitely achievable. Perfect example: You get to decide what is achievable and whats not in your own mind. You set a goal that's not possible, then you have set a trap for disappointment in your own world (your mind). You set achievable goals and now you have moments of success that can catapult you to the next goal. Small wins get to BIG rewards.
Some of the gems in the video are ways to stay forcused when emotional distractors creep into your life. Emotional distractors are ok. They help build you to the point of not being distractors as there are little mediators to help you stay the course and help with self realization during those emotional distractor moments.
Have success oriented mindsets that guide your thoughts and actions. Your mind is priceless. Keep it healthy by feeding it healthy and we choose what's healthy...and we know what's ACTUALLY healthy.
Choose wisely and always be honest with yourself and look at facts...not YOUR truth to help you stay well rounded in your perspectives and thoughts.
