Health: What We Tell Ourselves
I think we tell ourselves so many things, and sometimes it’s great; and sometimes it’s not the best. What are we telling ourselves to be great, to be appreciative, to be honored, to be thankful, etc.? The mind is POWERFUL. Sometimes the small pebbles that should sink to the bottom of the lake are thought about so much that they can cause ripples throughout our entire life.
