Peace: Peace in the Storm

I can tell you there are days in my life when I want to yell out, days when I would want to cry out, and days when I would wish I had more wisdom to help guide me. I can assure you there is more negative emotion that I could elaborate on...and guess what? it's normal to feel that way. It's normal to feel that way about your wife, your husband, your coworker etc; but its not healthy to carry that stress and mindset constantly.
When times get like the aforementioned what I have found to help is being around "Positive". YES. Nothing but positive energy. I have found that positive vibes, prayer, positive people, positive influences, smiling faces, and God are key in helping this battle. I wrote in that order just so you can see that if you put him first or last you will always end with a smile or positive in the beginning or the end. ( He is the beginning and the end😇)
You see when you surround yourself with this type of energy good things start to happen. Well you may say "everything around me is negative", "I always have bad luck cause everything seems to break or go bad when I touch it (that's my wife lol)"; or even "I'm not a people's person and I don't want people to know my business and that I'm hurting inside" etc...and I can tell you that is exactly what will keep you in darkness if you fill your mind with these type of negative thoughts "constantly". Here are ways to get you started on your walk to positivity...
5 ways to help stay in the positive realm:
Limit or get away from negative people that gossip about negative stuff all the time (I said limit because it may be your mom/dad/husband/wife; and you have to help them in order to be able to live with them in your life)
Find an activity to help you seek positive energy when things seem to be headed into a negative realm (read a good positive book, watch a youtube video on how to communicate and respect each other, read scriptures in the bible, listen to uplifting music, go get some ice cream like my dad did with my wife several years ago...it actually cooled 👍things down lol) God bless his soul.
Go to church; Its filled with positive energy to renew the spirit. This helps our marriage tremendously.
Take a walk and listen to your favorite jams. Keep it positive though 😁
Think about the other person first and their intentions/reactions in a positive way before thinking about yourself and how bad you feel. (Not condoning mental/physical abuse at all; but loving frustrating moments that get out of had due to differences in "zodiac signs🤨"/personality conflicts.)
Although hard for some, practice keeping in mind it's not all about you; and please understand your energy transmits to others as well. Learn to forgive and "truly forget". This has honestly helped me stay married 15 years +. I totally forget what we disagree about "upon resolution". Maybe the TBI I experienced in Afghanistan helped aid in forgetting 😏(staying positive although that was a negative experience for me); it's hard to truly forget negative things that affect us, but doable for sure.
To be completely transparent I have to catch myself sometime if I'm frustrated because the energy may get to the kids and their innocence as well. Even if I'm in another room the energy resonates. Remember we were all born into sin therefore it's natural to want to lean toward negative behaviors and thought processes. The mind is powerful, and God gave us all a beautiful gift to go along with it...that gift is the ability to change your mind, the ability to change your way of thinking, and the ability to make each day a new day to move forward mentally in a positive light. Yes! Thank God you have do overs every day lol. That is so awesome! Be mindful and try to stay in the positive. You may influence or even save a life just by the energy you resonate.
Please comment as we would like to hear what you have to say; and please share with others. We are trying to touch as many souls as possible to impact lives and do Gods purpose. Blessings to all.
