Health: New Spring, New You

Winter is lingering in some parts of the country, but in the majority of places Spring is in full bloom. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and the weather is so much more cheerful and delightful!
Spring is the time of new beginnings. New growth. New Plans with Action and Motivation! Many people get out of that winter slump and may start to feel more Positive!
Do you remember what your New Year's goals were? How are they going? Have they been reached? Are you still moving in the right direction? Have you stopped or are not following through with the goal like you should?
Take this April to look at all goals in your life to do a little spring cleaning in your mind and body.
Are you following through with your dreams and goals? What can you change to get there faster? Are your priorities in the right place?
Are you excited and motivated to act on your plan or do you need a new game plan? Are you staying positive and motivating yourself and those involved with your goals? Are you smiling and having fun with it? If it's a Dream - it may be hard work - but isn't it fun if it's what you love?
Are you allowing negative people, negative ideas, or negative circumstances to hinder your dreams? Maybe your spring cleaning of the mind includes eliminating association with or distancing yourself from those negative influences or people. Maybe we need to start seeking more like minded associations that can surround us with the same motivation, encouragement, and positivity we long to continue to have personally as well as bless others with.
