 One of the things I’m often asked is how do you look so young over 40.

Well one of the answers is taking care of your body. It's very humbling to be complimented, and also makes you feel good; which in turn motivates you to continue to take care of yourself. What you put inside your gut will ultimately start to show on the outside, and what you put on your skin is not always the best for long term healthy skin either. We don't eat "perfect", but we strive to keep stress off the organs that filter by eating the majority of the right foods, IV vitamins, drinks, etc from the right distributors to significantly minimize unhealthy side effects and disease processes. This enables the body to do what it does best and that is fight off disease and harmful bacteria at it's optimal efficiency.
